Sorry it's rough, still working on it...

I always thought that great hokage's like the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th were wise and intelligent enough to run the village with very little assistance. Then came Tsunade (slightly less qualified) who needed a personal assistant to keep her focused on the village and off gambling and the sauce.

Then came this one who wanted nothing more than to become hokage, and now that he's been recognized as the strongest shinobi in the village... has to sit in a chair and run it. He probably needs a TON of people there to keep him out of trouble...

So very true...:D But I think that this is a sign of Naruto's strength, rather than a weakness...being able to channel the energies of so many complex and individual personalities into one common goal.

im sure they had personal assistance all of them..like the 3rd probably had his subordinates until they all left
